our newsletters! MCAR, Inc. is the premier provider of adult programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Mercer County. Choose the "MCAR, Inc." button to learn more about available offerings. The Arc of Mercer County Foundation serves as the fund raising arm of the corporate family. It has been chartered to generate the income necessary to provide the services our community desires for our constituents regardless of support from governmental bodies. MCRA, Inc. provides provides Transitional Rehabilitative Work Programs to disabled individuals with occupationally related injuries.
