POSITION:                                  Specialized Program Implementer (Range 29)

FACILITY:                           22 Trees

SHIFT/HOURS:                   Saturday / Sunday

                                                        7am-7pm

DATE AVAILABLE:               Immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:                 Supervise and train individuals residing within specialized treatment/behavior shaping home.  Maintain records.  Operate vehicle.  Responsible for operation of home while on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS:                    High school diploma AND; 1) successful completion of the probationary period; OR, 2) one year experience in a human services agency working with the mentally challenged, the elderly, or children and youth; OR, 3) two years of college which includes courses appropriate to the human services field.  Experience working with dually-diagnosed/ behaviorally challenged individuals.  Current CPI certification.  Must be physically able to manage behavioral incidents.  Valid Driver’s License.

                                              Friday 5pm-Monday 8am

RESPONSIBILITIES:                Supervise and train individuals residing within the home in self-help and community skills.  Maintain records.  Operate van.  Responsible for operation of home while on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS:                    High school diploma AND; 1) successful completion of the probationary period; OR, 2) one year experience in a human services agency working with the mentally challenged, the elderly, or children and youth; OR, 3) two years of college which includes courses appropriate to the human services field. Valid Driver’s License.
