RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM

POSITION:                                    Specialized Program Implementer (Range 29)

FACILITY:                             430 Stambaugh

SHIFT/HOURS:                     Monday – Friday midnights

                                                           11pm – 7am

DATE AVAILABLE:                 Immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:                Supervise and train individuals residing within specialized treatment/behavior shaping home.  Maintain records.  Operate vehicle.  Responsible for operation of home while on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS:                    High school diploma AND; 1) successful completion of the probationary period; OR, 2) one year experience in a human services agency working with the mentally challenged, the elderly, or children and youth; OR, 3) two years of college which includes courses appropriate to the human services field.  Experience working with dually-diagnosed/ behaviorally challenged individuals.  Current CPI certification.  Must be physically able to manage behavioral incidents.  Valid Driver’s License.
